Attendance

1. If a student is found to be absent from the class for 3 days without any application, his /her
    admission will be cancelled.
2. As per the M.P. university Act 1973 to be a regular Examinee of university examination, at least
    75% attendance in each subject is required otherwise he/she can be terminated by college.

Out look

The students are expected to be well uniformed and physically fit.

Instructions for Applicants

• The application form duly filled should be accompanied with the following documents.
• Six recent passport size photographs, one affixed and duly signed on the application and others pinned separately with the application form.
• An attested /certified copy of the mark sheet of the qualified examination (10 th ,12 th, Graduation & Post graduation), Caste Certificate,Gap Certificate,income Certificate.
• TC/CLC (original) of the college last attended.
• Affidavit is compulsory for female candidates who are married (Format should be according to the Notary).
• Students passing examination other than the M.P. University should produce eligibility certificate from DAVV Indore and a migration certificate from the previous university.
• Enclose 6 self addressed, stamped (Rs. 3 Each) envelopes.
• Candidate should pass in both part I and part II Separately. To pass in part I the requisite aggregate is 36% to pass in part II the requisite aggregate is 40% .In both parts first division will be granted to candidate who acquire 60% or higher of the aggregate, Second Division to those who acquire 48% or higher of the aggregate and third division to those who acquire over requisite pass percentage.
